My previous business experience could be described as somewhat peculiar. I graduated college with a degree in Industrial Engineering so when I began working, I pursued a career in manufacturing. After some time working in factories I ended up working in distribution facilities and overseeing transportation operations. During this time my wife started a pediatric home health business that grew very quickly and eventually needed my help on a full time basis. As a business owner, I have had many different responsibilities, and I have learned that you must always be willing and able to adapt to change.

What sets you apart from the competition?
Something that sets me apart from others in my industry is my experiences prior to my career as a commercial real estate sales associate. I have experience as a business owner that started in a leased, two office suite. That business continued to be successful and so did the needs for office space. Our leased spaced continued to grow until we decided to move away from leasing office space and purchased an office building. Going through this myself, helps me navigate the process for clients and gives me insight into what they may be thinking and the questions that come up during the process. Another thing that sets me apart is my personal experience as a real estate investor. This experience helps me understand and evaluate the aspects of a property that make it valuable. When you are spending your own money you tend to research and validate the property very closely, to ensure you are making a wise financial decision. This is the same approach I take when working with a client. I know how hard it is to make money and I don’t want to see people waste it.

What is your ideal client?
I enjoy working with any client that needs a solution to their real estate needs, no matter the size, experience, or industry. Working with a single person company that wants an executive suite offers a challenge of finding the perfect fit, just as if the company had hundreds of employees and were looking for an office building. Both problems are equally important to the owners of the business and I just want to do my best to solve them.
