Our clients have told us time and again that filling key positions is a

1. Contained Search for the mid level professional, sales professional
and individual producer positions. With many of the retained search
features, the speed of qualified candidate delivery and the fee structure
similar to contingent search, this is the choice of many clients.
2. "At Your Service" search, where for a flat fee Calise & Co.
principals act as "in house" recruiters, getting to know our client
companies well and cutting the cost per placement.
